The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This was an awful experience. I believe in 2nd chances and I emailed back and forth several times before accepting the bid. Sandrekius (owner) told me that the reason he had so many cancellations and negative feedback was due to an old dispatcher and poor communication but that had all been addressed and corrected. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed shipper and never heard back from them. I subsequently called and the number that was used was a Waters Entertainment Company and not a shipping company. So, I have no way to contact them and they have not responded in well over a week.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I'm sorry to have to do this, but EW Express did not show up at the agreed upon time, even after confirmation that the set schedule would hold. I have made MANY attempts to remedy the problem, but this company is virtually impossible to reach, does not return calls and seems to be run out of someone's car. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, under any circumstances.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to contact the shipper for the past 5 days with no success. Today is the shipping day and it is mandatory that we ship today and have no contact with servicer provider. We have made separate arrangements now for storage of furniture and boxes today (at our cost) and want to cancel service from EWExpress who has been totally uncommunicative. I would like my Visa fee of $197 (I think) returned to me electronically and please, please don't let EWExpress have any VISA information or

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider When I accepted the bid from the provider they promised to pick up the shipment within 10 days and deliver within five days of then. It has now been over a month and they have not even picked up the order. They are very hard to get on the phone and have a new excuse every time we speak. They run a very unprofessional business and would not recommend them to anyone. I would have cancelled earlier but I have not been in a hurry to receive my shipment and have been very patient up until now

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON- I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN THINK OF HIRING THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY WERE THEY 8 DAYS LATE(WITH NO REASON AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE) BUT ALL OF MY PROPERTY IS BROKEN,RUINED,GONE THROUGH,AND MISSING!!!! THE PERSON WHO DID THIS,SAID CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY-NOT MY PROBLEM! ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS? THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY PROPERTY BEING THE ONLY ON THEIR TRUCK. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment After repeated attempts to have my items picked up on the date we originally agreed, the mover continues to delay doing this job. I am uncomfortable with the way these circumstances have turned out and cannot trust that this mover will follow through with our agreement at all. Please refund my deposit and relist my shipment asap so I can start this process over.
