The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider did not show up at all. After the first 2 phone calls saying they were on the way, they never showed up. This was 3 days ago. I have called, e-mailed and tried to get a hold of them, NO ANSWER. i have paid my deposit and would like to get that back, considering there were no services provided.
This is a horrible way for this company Ellistransport to run a business

The Worst compant in the world, never answer phone or mail, never pick up.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I accpeted a bid with this company..when they were trying to get me to accpet the bid, they were very prompt in answering my questions and my e-mails..once i accepted the bid.. it was impossible to contact them.. they told me and my wife that they would pick up my dog on monday morning 11/26.. i finally got a call from them that monday at 4pm..the gentleman stated they were having some difficulties and the dog would have to be picked up on tuesday 11/27 at 12pm...I kindly accpeted.. after 12pm c

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
They called, confirmed pick up and delivery. Since that time I have called 5 times, sent 3 emails, and they have not responded. I even called the person I purchased the truck from and he confirms the same actions, they called him set up a time to pick up and never showed up or called back again. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

i've tried contacting/calling them. I can never get hold on of them. i needed to call them to know the dates of pick up and delivery. But they never pick up. i e-mailed them too and they never e-mailed me back. its already been 4 days. [or 3..]
