A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The shipper was suppose to pick up the item first week of the Nov. But he did not. After many emails and calls I made to him, he said he would let me know the date.
Today, the shipper calls me that he has family issue come up can't do the shipment for a reasonable time.
What can I say?!

Great working with Juan and his company. Shipped a couch cross country from NYC to LA and I got everything in perfect shape and in a timely fashion. Juan gave me updates on when he would be in the LA area so we could schedule a drop off. Everything ran smoothly and would highly recomment this moving company!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Bid accepted on 11/1/2007, however, after several attempts to contact via e-mail and phone, Bidder failed to respond. Due to the lack of contact, I have since opted to use another service to transport my items. Phone logs indicate attempted phone calls during week of 11/1-11/7 and two e-mails to no avail.

Response from EASTwestCONNECTION: Customer was contacted upon bid acceptance. Cust. was told that we will pick up by mid nov. Its now Nov. 12th and we are ready for pick up. When i spoke on the phone with cust . last nite , i was informed by her that there was an issue at work that had forced her to hire someone else.

Everything was delivered in good condition, well-packed, and was treated with a lot of care.
Juan was great to work with. He rushed to make the delivery a day early for us, which was highly appreciated. Indiscrepencies with our inventory and timeline were handled professionally and communication was always on point.
Highly recommended.

The shipper packed the chair very well (shrink-wrap and several layers of blankets). Juan was very communicative during the process and the chair was delivered over the weekend in excellent condition. Great experience overall.
