Juan was absolutely terrific!!! He went above and beyond to help me through a difficult period in my life (divorce). I mention this because he could have easily been annoyed since I was not truly finished packing when he arrived. Instead, he was understanding, compassionate and patient.
In addition, I didn't expect to have my things for several days, but Juan did everything he could to get my belongings to me much sooner than planned. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know!

What can I say? WOW. EXCELLENT. WOW. Juan Carlos was such a pleasure to work with: courteous, accommodating, and very professional. All my stuff got to me safe and sound. As a first time UShip user I was naturally a bit nervous, but Juan Carlos was such a good communicator all my worries immediately evaporated. Really a commendable mover and professional. Juan was great. He stayed in contact with me so we could organize the shipment to fit both of our schedules, and showed up right when he said he would. His pricing was affordable, and he took great care of our stuff (blanketed and plastic wrapped). I will use him again for any future move he is available.
