The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it AFTER WE (L3} ARRANGE TRUCK FOR SHIPMENT CUSTOMER GETS THE CARRIERS INFO AND THEN BOOKS THE LOAD DIRECT WITH CARRIER .WE WILL BACKCHARGE SHIPPER AND CARRIER FOR BACK SOLICITATION AS WE HAVE SIGNED SHIPPING PAPERS IN OUR OFFICE ,SIGNED BY USHIP CUSTOMER ,PLEASE SEE AD FLEXIABLE ON TIME SHIPMENT ,INSTEAD WANTS IT RIGHT NOW .THIS IS A VERY SMALL PARTIAL AND CUSTOMER WANTS DIRECT SHIPMENT ON HIS TERMS ONLY .

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Original promises were not kept. Shipper also failed to notify me that they would be sub-contraction my shipment out to the lowest bidder. I was under the impression that the people I spoke to were doing the shipping. It is 2 days later than the agreed pick-up time agreed upon, and still there is no shipper available through them.

YOU NEED TO READ THE FINE PRINT ,YES WE ARE A BROKER AND TRUCKING COMPANY AND IF WE NEED TO MOVE A ITEM ON A OUTSIDE TRUCK THAT IS OUR RIGHT TO DO SO ,OTHER CARRIERS BEWARE OF THIS MAN HE COMES ACROSS AS A NICE GUY. GET ALL DOCUMENTS SIGNED ,PROGRAM AND TIME FRAME CHANGE IN MIDSTREAM.................
