7/16/2007	Shipper	Cancellation	applog (167 )	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved. Drivers load prior to picking up this load was larger than expected. We called the shipper to advise of the problem and to let them know that we would be sending in a truck that afternoon to pickup. Shipper stated that we needed to cancel the load since they already moved the load. If we would of sent in the original driver the load would of already been moved. View Listing Response from Dryer28: I COULD NEVER GET ANY CALL BACKS FROM THESE PEOPLE.I INFORMED THEM OF THE LATEST PICKUP TIME AND THEY NEVER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY MIGHT SHOW UP. SO I HAD TO FINED ANOTHER PROVIDER TO DO THE JOB. THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO FIND A CARRIER. DONNOT EVER USE THIS BROKER. THAT IS ALL THEY ARE A BROKER AND NOT A TRUCKING CO.
