The driver that I initially signed up with hired a subcontactor who contacted me to let me know that my shipment was on the way. This gentleman acted as if he did not know the guy who subcontracted him and tried to get me to pay him cash to deliver though I paid the entire amount due by credit card when I made the arrangements. He then tried to get me to cancel my intial delivery and re-book through him. It was quite a debacle. I would not recommend this service to anyone I know.

Carlos is a very polite and responsive business owner - we had a few potential hiccups, and he went out of his way to make sure everything went through smoothly. I would work with him again.

Carlos and crew are the BEST - went way beyond the call of duty in transporting my furniture, towing my car behind the truck and delivering my two cats ( with them in their carriers in the cab ) down to me in Nashville from Chicago. HIGHLY recommend them for any move- thank you guys so much.......

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had various shipments headed to Panama City. But the main shipment which paid for 85% of the entire trip decided to push back dates. I was left with no choice but to accommodate them. I contacted Emily about the situation, but the dates were not compatible with her. I am very sorry but I need to cancel Emily's shipment. I am very sorry for the inconvenience Emily.
