The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was supposed to pick up bike last week on Tues or Wed- never did never called and I have been calling every day leaving messages and no return calls. Bike is still not picked up. I want to cancel this transaction. I do not trust them with this at all

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was supposed to pick the "shipment" up on 12-12-2011 in the evening. I received a phone call saying that there was a problem, and the service provider would get in touch with the pick up contact. After multiple calls, the service provider could not be reached by myself or the pick up contact to resolve the issue. I now need to find another provider

I hired another crew that will be moving me instead. Please credit my credit card the 51 dollars that was charged due to this conflict.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After talking with Ken last night I realized it was a one man show. The uShip listing clearly states we are moving from a second story apartment to a two story house, an apartment move of this nature can't be accomplished with one person. Couches, big furniture, etc require two people for the stairs at the minimum.
I tried calling last night and this morning to discuss but there was no answer. Additionally, shipper did not call me at 8AM this morning as discussed yesterday. As we are schedule
