We are a more personalized shipping company. We are a smaller company that believes in customer service. We have been doing the shipping of everything from whole households across the country to arcade games, to a single cat that needed to be relocated from one family member to another. We work with local auction houses so we know how to handle antiques as well as resturant equipment. Our team members have all be with us for years. They all had complete background checks. They are strong and know how to move things. If item appears like it wont fit, rather than force it and damage it, they take a moment to figure out the logistics of the situation so that you may get your items safe and undamaged. This cancellation is my responsibility for not being clear with the shipper on the timing of the pickup.

They arrived at the pickup location on time, loaded safe and quickly and brought it right to Peabody for me. They were a pleasure to work with. The bedroom set was fairly heavy and somewhat antique, but they handled with care and completely wrapped it on the truck. I was very pleased and satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything shipped and will use them without fail for my future purchases. Thank you very much!!

After hearing this I emailed Mr Brown and rather than respond to any of my phone calls or emails he started the match retraction.
