Very happy with this transport. Shipment was delayed due to some mechanical issues but resolved quickly and had very good communication. My gelding was very well cared for and happy and in good health when arrived. Would not hesitate to recommend this team. Thank you.

Communication very good. Delivery time very fast but delivered at night to place unknown to animals. Over all good experience except for night delivery. Would use again if night delivery not allowed. Also asked for shipping papers back after delivery and have still not received them after calling and requesting.

Good people to work with except when arrived for pick up all the horses where in the pasture. Took over half a day to catch them up. None had any trailer loading experience so took a while to train them. All the horses were smart and responsive but between catching horses in pasture and making sure first time trailer training was a good experience for horses as to not cause later trouble for them it put our trucks schedule quite a bit behind. Horses arrived in good shape and calm. There were several delays due to rescheduling, ill/injured horses, bad weather. Communication regarding the pick-up date was poor, but improved once in transit. I had contracted for an "air-ride, climate controlled van" and it wasn't, was rough inside. The driver seemed to care about the horses, was patient and kind. Contact informing of the delays would have been appreciated. We were left waiting, not given approximate new pickup date until we pressed.

There were no delays with our original booking. There was a weather delay when we were trying to work these horses in ahead of schedule. Also from the time of booking to the pick up they moved the horses and didn't let us know of a new address or contact numbers, very inconvient and costly for our company. Our company had to call the originally pick up location they provided several times before that contact informed us the horses had been moved several weeks ago.This did result in a late pick u

Our 2 Shire boys arrived this morning, I was very pleased with the hauler, Jaie Dee kept in touch with us and our horses were handled by someone that knows horses. Jaie Dee and Chris are 2-very nice people, I wouldn't think twice about using them in my future hauls. I just want to say one thing people dont understand these guys are Driving and trying to get your horses to you safely, please remember that when you are calling and dont get a response. Double S handled some circumstances that were out of their control very professionally. My horses, both in their upper teens, had never been shipped this great a distance before and they arrived relaxed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Jaie Dee is obviously a knowledgeable and caring horseman. I would recommend Double S to anyone. Thank you for delivering my horses to me in such fine shape!
