Where to start. Promised to pick up here at our ranch 1/23. No calls from them. We finally had to make contact to find they could not be here. We had to leave for Arizona, they agreed to ship there. Again POOR communication, promised time and dates not met. SHIP ELSEWHERE! Read all the negative comments from prior shippers about this company, they must have run out of cell minutes, they just do NOT communicate. No offer of refund for 300 mile shorter trip! Poor service, false promises, no calls!

Response from DoubleSHorseTransport: We were in contact with the pick up location on a regular basis as the ice and snow hit. They were the seller of the horse and they let us know that they would stay in contact with their buyer about weather delays, and they did. Then once the horse was picked up we were in contact with this gentleman once to twice a day and the 3rd day 5 calls, delivery day, they seemed very happy and pleased at delivery. I would take caution working for this gentleman he talks out of bothsides of his mouth.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
this process has already taken place my complaint has already been sent directly to uship and feel that this company should be reprimanded by uship themselves very very disappointed in this company all the information that was needed was given to them directly and was still jerked around for almost 2 weeks.

Response from DoubleSHorseTransport: Not a recommended customer. This customer wanted horses moved even though it was in the middle of the midwest's ice storm and transport was from MN to WI. We explained that our rigs would not accomidate the the extreme ice and snow because they are made for highway use as they are semis not 4 wheel drive all terrain vehicle. This customer did not understand or care about getting the horses stuck on the trailer if a road got shut down or the expense of putting a outfit in the ditch.

AAA for condition of my horses who were on the road 9 days! Pick-up was delayed 3 times due to other customers, and some delays due to mechenical problems, and weather. JD did also push on during Thanksgiving !

Shipper picked up our filly right on time, actually a little bit early so that was great. The driver was super friendly and helpful. The filly made the long trip in great condition and was delivered right on time. I would definately recommend this shipper to everyone that needs a horse shipped.
