The initial contact was quick and professional. After the contract was sent back to the company, communication was not so good. There were delays in picking up the horse that were not caused by the provider, but it took several phone calls and e-mails to find out that there were delays. The voice mail box at what I assume is the office number was always full. Once we had the driver's cell phone numbers things went much smoother. The horse was well cared for during transport.

there were an unusal combination of circunstanes mechanical weather and personal which delayed arrival however the horse arrived in good condtion. communication could have been better.very pleasant people to work with an carring re: the animals

We unfortunately planned this shipment during some of the worst winters storms this season. As a result, there were a few unexpected delays, but understandable given the conditions. Despite everything, We Haul Horses went above and beyond to see that the horses made the long journey safely. They arrived in Maryland no worse for the wear and are enjoying life off the feedlot. Many thanks to Chris and JD for their persistence in seeing this through!

Shipping horses in the winter is difficult as the weather rules! The shipment took longer than expected due to weather and coordinating horses arrivals to ship back east. The horse was in wonderful condition just took longer than expected. Communication could improve.
