I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
There was a delay, but the "repair delay" was the third excuse why they could not provide the service, and I did have to go with another carrier. To make matters worse I paid in full for this service and have not received my refund! Their web site is down, they won't return my calls or emails and now I am forced to take them to court. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will never use Uship and/or this company again! Beware! DO NOT pay in advance!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Requested confirmation of pick up 3-4 days prior to agreed upon pick up date. Service provider was running a week-behind. I accepted delay. Requested confirmation of expected delayed pick up date on Wed prior to expected pick up the following Monday. Service provider could not provide date until the next day. On Sunday before expected delayed pick-up on Monday, there was no email regarding pick-up from Service Provider. I requested refund of deposit from Service Provider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The trailer that we spoke about was full and could not pick up my horse. There was no guarantee when the next trailer would be about to pick her up. I have a HC that expires in 30 days.

They shipped 4 horses from Texas to CT. They were FABULOUS. Horses arrived in perfect shape. They took great care of them. Communicated with us throughout the whole process. Will DEFINITELY use again thank you so so very much for taking such good care of our horses.

The hauler would not return phone calls. After several phone call attempts and SEVERAL missed pick up dated-The hauler continued to be difficult at best to deal with. Very unprofessional, not trust worthy at all. PLease look closely at other conflicts in their profile. Please be well aware that they are not dependable and when backed in a corner will act as though it is everyone elses fault and will not take responsibilty for what i believe to be their untruthfulness and their lack of any busine

Response from DoubleSHorseTransport: This shipper booked shipment of horses for the 9th of April and was not able to get the horses on the trailer as this was the seller booking transport prior to being paid for the horses. The buyer promised on at least 3 occasions to send the money for the purchase but did not follow through. We held up an extra 2 days for them to load the horses but they then cancelled. The only missed pick up dates were on the shippers part. After reading this I believe that this shipper was not truthful withus
