THIS MEMBER IS A FRAUD!!! She agreed to ship my RESCUE horse, however I after I deposited money into her account, it became apparent that she never had intended to ship him. She led me on telling me lie after lie for TWO MONTHS (during which time I had to redo all of his vet check paperwork and incurred costs from where he was being kept.) She then offered me a refund which I asked for and now THREE MONTHS later have STILL NOT RECEIVED. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HER, FRAUD!!!

What a NIGHTMARE! It seemed like this company really cared, but it soon became apparent that they didn't. The owner didn't relay important information to the driver, who was rude. My horses arrived upset. The driver lied to the owner, when in fact it was becauae of another horse. He couldn't take instructions or tell time. The owner couldn't understand why I would be upset when the driver threw my equipment out on the road and left it there. If you care about your horse hire another shipper.

These horses were picked up on time very important as the whole family was moving to MT from the East coast. This woman drove there after loading the horses to beat them.When the driver arrived and was waiting at the off ramp for her to show up to lead him to drop off she pulled up and honked her horn at the load. She then led him up half a mile and unloaded the horses in a strange pasture with horses running up and kicking at then she was screaming the lead ropes were left outside the pasture.

They were 2 weeks late, then REFUSED TO DELIVER THE HORSE TO MY CONTRACT LOCATION insisting that I meet the driver 250 MILES away with ONE hour's notice. The manager claimed that I offered to meet them for pick up, which was true during initial discussions. My contract ended up being a delivery to my ranch, which the driver confirmed the day before he was to arrive. Then I received a call at 5 AM telling me I had to pick up the horse 4 hours away. I had no choice at that point. $300 my fuel!

This person agreed to meet near Bakersfield , CA as she stated at the time on setting up this shipment "I always am hooked to my trailer I travel to shows all the time, will meet anywhere in CA to get the shipping price down, and I can ship on any trip to keep the price down" guess what she got her cheap shipping but didn't want meet etc.. Her pickup location could not be reached and we had to turn around and travel an extra 465 miles back to pick up horse.Untrustworthy get EVERYTHING in writing

WOW! Picked up early, delivered early and everyone (all 4) were doing great at the end of the very long 1000 mile trip - AND they had to go through Hurricane Gustav & all the evacuees! Thank you for keeping my horses safe!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment They had trouble with thier truck and it took a lot longer than they anticipated so I went with an outside company to get my horse moved.

Double S did a great job delivering my mare. They were easy to work with. My mare arrived in good shape. They had a few setbacks (as can be expected with hauling cross-country), but as long as you are flexible, they will definitely get the job done for you! I would definitely use them again. They are very knowledgeable about horses and hauling them. Thanks Chris and JD!!!!

Response from CHawkinsjr: DoubleSHorse Transport has not refunded the $325.00 I paid for the transport. Chris Schooley continues to lie about the payment being mailed and has not of yet reimburse/refunded my payment. I plan to file a law suit and a lien against this company to get my refund.
