Double Bar T Transport, INC. is a family run corporation. We are dedicated to the safe transport of your horses and are highly motivated to serve our customers needs . We are DOT compliant, DOT# is 1692915. We follow all DOT drive time regulations and perform safety checks daily on our trucks. We also stop and rest horses every 3-4 hours for at least an hour. Our equipment is new and custom. Our driver is an excellent horseman and has experience dealing with many different types and breeds of horses. We want you to feel at ease when your horse is traveling with us. You will have access to our office & the driver while your horse is in transport. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and we take our job seriously. We do require a 50% deposit and a contract signed to hold your horses spot on our trailer. We would like to express our gratitude in advance for considering our company and the chance to do business with you. Horses are our life. We treat all of them as our own.

I was very pleased with the service from Double Bar T Transport. Both Jennifer at the office and the driver Levi kept us well informed on ETA and if there were going to be any delays. I would definitely use them again. I was also very impressed with the driver, Levi. Our mare arrived in excellent condition.

My experience with DoubleBarTransport was both negative and positive. The horse that I had them ship arrived in good condition and in that regard I was very pleased however they were extremely late! The original email I received from them said the horse would be picked up on the 9 or 10 of January and delivered the 14 or 15 of January. They did not pick her up until the 30 of January and was in transit for 8 days! They shippers were absolutely horrible about letting us know what was going on!!

We transported womens poney and told her befor she booked that with winter weather in north time frame was going to move around she said no problem not in hurry as long as here in Wa befor the 2 of Febuary we arived befor then and horse only travled 3 days on trailer spent 3 days laied over with storms and hores in a barn. Thanks for using our service when we pick up we give you our number and say if you would like to call and check please do our drivers have main concern of taking care of horse

It was difficult to get a call back. The horse arrived in decent condition, but it took four days. Not thrilled about having to pay fees for using a credit card.

When we accepted this bid we said it would take 3-4 days sorry that it took 4 and we give have no fee to wire money or overnight a check to our offie so you did have other choices other than credit card we are sooy for that. Good luck with new horse. Thanks again for feedback we will use it to get better for our other transports.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved DoubleBarTTransport agreed to transport my colt between the 8 and 10 of January and that's why I accepted their bid (I can provide a copy of their message). Finally, on the 5th of January they tell me the shipping will take place between the 11 and 15 of January. Since then I send at least 3 emails without any answer (more than 72h old). At this time they have the $401 deposit I made thru Paypal and they are not giving any sign of life... For memo: since the 6th of January they have an email

we have lots of delays in winter we are sorry money was refunded hope you found other transport. Reason for delay in resoponce was we have been stuk in bad weather. Also we never got notice from uship until the 1st of January we need 14-20 day notice to pick up horses. Thanks Jennifer

Punky, Homer, Bud and Jules all arrived safely to CO. from CA. Levi was great, very nice man and great with my horses. Kept in contact with me while he was on the road. I would trust Levi to ship my horses for me again. Thank You very much Levi and Double Bar T Transport. Eileen Weinandt

Communication with the office was somewhat poor. They don't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. I was initially told he would be picked up within 14 days, it ended up to be a month. Other than that I was satisfied. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable. My colt injured (hopefully only superficial)his leg on the day he arrived. The driver Levi was honest about the injury. It did not appear to be the driver's fault.

we picked up in 17days a litle late but let them know we were going to be late and we have on our message machines that it takes up to 48 hourse for a call back and best way to reach is email due to so many calls and that we are very busey. We are glad that we could get this colt to them they booked at a very discount price and we had to wait for full load had they wanted to pay more we would have been on time. The colt layed down in trailer and rubbed hair off himself no big deal. Thanks agin.

My filly traveled from California to Wisconsin, without problems or stress. She unloaded in good health and good weight. Communiction with the hauler Tom was great but communication with main office was not as good. I would use DoubleBarTTransport again. Thanks, RD

The main office is the same as the driver we travle together most the time. WE are owners and operators so we are sorry for lack of comuinication but when you call the office it dose state that it takes 2 days for a call back due to how busey we ar e but we always provide our best service on the roade we bevlieve you are paying for the care of your horse so that is what we do best is provide safe stress free transport Thanks for business and we hope to hear from you again.

Double Bar T did a great job. They were easily reachable, pleasant to deal with, understanding, and ahead of schedule. Levi the driver was great...very patient with my horse. Competitive pricing for door to door. I highly recommend them.
