I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The service provider you supplied me with never communated with me. DoublebarTTransport spoke to me only once on the phone and never got back to me or answered or returned my phone calls concerning the shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
This shipper did not call me for two weeks and then said they would do the haul in August.
They have not returned my calls and not refunded my deposit.
I have logging in to find they actually canceled the booking in Uship but I was never notified by them that they would not move my horse and I am now having to go get the horse myself.

These people are fabulous. They brought my great dane puppy to me very quickly. They called when they picked him up and reported during the trip. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They have a real sweet little boy, too. I give these people glowing accolades. Thanks Jennifer.

I have tried to contact this provider via email and phone for several days. They were supposed to pick up this morning and I still haven't heard from them. I have once again emailed several times and called with no success.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I accepted the bid and paid the deposit on 6/20 at 11:15am I then proceeded to call Transporter and confirm everything, I called every day several times a day and left numerous messages on both phone#'s provided but never recieved a call back, and the pick-up date was to be today 6/24 but still no phone call or email. I would appreciate my deposit back.

RUN,don't walk from this shipper; took 1/2 deposit from us, agreed to pick up 1/4/8..rushed all health requirements,then told due to weather could not get in..seller disputes this,said her roads were clear..two months went by, always excuses. Decided to find other transport, as we needed colt home. She saw the listing, blasted us, then called and said she would cancel and refund our deposit. After weeks,she still didn't so we did,then she refused to allow it or refund. Cost us over $500 BEWARE!

Response from DoubleBarTTransport: This woman is very unprofesional We tried 2twice to pick up horse both times couldnt because of closed roads so we took her other horse and when we got back in 2 weeks we would get other horse and bring it. We never delt with this women accept to book. The buyer had told us she understood delay This lady contacted us and sent very threating emails and phone calls even after we asked her not to an That we were only going to deal with the buyer she Than they booked other transport.
