He called after I accepted his bid of $275 and said it would be closer to $600! Seems like switch and bait to me. I needed this horse shipped asap and now I had to start all over again. I was not happy!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper called and said he could not do it for the bid price and would need double the price. I really did not pick him for the low bid but because he offered me the time slot i needed. Classic bait and switch if you ask me. I need a shipper immediately.

There was an honest communication error between our driver/principal and the business manager regarding the rate quoted. This was an error and not a deliberate attempt to "bait and switch" the customer. We did make an error, however, it was not deliberate. We apologize for the inconvenience.
