Hello, and thank you for considering Door2Door for your transport needs. We are a two person, full-time delivery service, specializing in motorcycles to 48 states. We use our Custom enclosed trailer with 6 soft points of contact on each bike. This is our livelihood; thus it is vital to us to ensure excellent client satisfaction and maintain a high reputation worthy of the business. Doug & Kari were very nice and very professional. They worked around my schedule for both pick up and delivery. My motorcycle was sell strapped down in a manner that would not put extra tension on the brake cables and shocks. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

These people are GREAT to work with. Friendly and kept in contact just as they said the would. Showed lots of care and attention to detail picking up and delivering. Can't go wrong Door2Door! I would with out hesitation use them again or HIGHLY recommend them!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Friday evening at 1:00am yes 1:00am Jason called 5 times in a row. Thinking it must be an emergency I finally woke up and answered. Jason (intoxicated) explains I hadn't called since yesterday and wanted to know if we were still going to pick up his bike from the seller tomorrow as planned? I stated that we were still on track for our appointment but what was so important to wake us up in the middle of the night? He said he just really wanted to double check for certain. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The transporter stated the transmission/computer is out of his truck. I will be charged storage on the vehicle for every day the vehicle is not picked up. I will personally go pickup the vehicle because the transporter also said in the quote he would deliver last Friday. At this point, I feel it is in my best interest to cancel this transport because of the shipper’s circumstance. I have tried to contact the shipper after receiving his email by phone and he will not answer or return my call. I

We're sorry we couldn't help Gary out with his move. Our intention was to load on Monday, since his auction house was closed on the weekend. When we booked on Thursday, we had 3 days in which to load & 2 days to deliver, so delivery on Tuesday would not have been late. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Company that was selling the bike waited to see if the auction price would be higher than the local price. After auction ended I contacted the dealership about the bike and they retracted the bike for the local price they received was higher. Therefore, the bike is not mine even though I was the high bidder on ebay.
