The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After recieving the email below and an early morning call from the person currently in possession of the motorcycle I decided to call the shipper directly and find out why they had decided to not show, nor call to stay in good contact as promised. The party had been stuck home and waiting up on a Friday evening in anticipation of the shippers arrival. My exhaustion ( not intoxication, nice try ) was apparant seeing that I had also been awoken out of bed as well by the awaiting party. Response from Door2Door: Friday evening at 1:00am yes 1:00am Jason called 5 times in a row. Thinking it must be an emergency I finally woke up and answered. Jason (intoxicated?) explains I hadn't called since yesterday and wanted to know if we were still going to pick up his bike from the seller tomorrow as planned? I stated that we were still on track for our appointment but what was so important to wake us up in the middle of the night? He said he just really wanted to double check for certain. I was not happy and

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Doug lied to me and the seller. Said i cussed him and called him a liar. he just wanted to cancel my shipment after being 3 weeks late. He changed the pickup date 3 times after the initial delivery deadline wasnt met.He said i cussed him after he gave me a $100 discount which niether ever happened. He justed wanted out of the bid and was out of line with me and my seller. Ill never use doortodoor or uship again. Response from Door2Door: Hashan bought a bike and wants to ride it, but our transmission gave up and caused a 10 day delay. 10 days ago we offered to either let him find someone else or wait on us and receive a $100 discount. At the time he wanted the discount and was willing to wait. Now he thinks we lied about the transmission and wants more discounts. I won't be called names and wish Hashan the best of luck.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Door2door initia lly could not meet my timeline because they 'misread' the date I wanted, so the shipment would take an extra week. I was alright with this, but they kept pushing back their timeline by a few days here and there. Now they say their truck broke down and it will be another 2 weeks. This will men delivery over a month after the latest date listed in my shipment. I would like to cancel so that I can re-list my shipment on uShip. I have had great experiences with uShip, but my exp Response from Door2Door: Andrew wanted his bike delivered by the 10th, but our transmission has let go and so we are at the mercy of the transmission shop. Delivery would have been by the 22nd but he can't wait 12 days so we wish him the best of luck. -Doug&Kari

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a miscommunication with shippers we had a cancellation on this bike re listed i unknowingly booked door 2 door thinking the bike would be here in the time frame we listed . The shipper who cancelled the first time returned to pick the bikes up and bring them to us because we had yet to receive it. I had not been informed he was returning by my GM and she had no idea of door to door because no one from that company had contacted her she is the contact on our page and her # is listed o Response from Door2Door: Melonie and Joey's original shipper (who cancelled on them before they hired us) picked up the bike the day before we got there. These things happen, although I wish we could have found out a little sooner. No problem, we'll deliver something for them next time. Cheers! -Doug&Kari
