The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider and I were not able to find a close enough area to crate my motorcycle at a reasonable price in time for the shipment. I now no longer need to have the vehicle shipped because the event that I needed the vehicle for will happen before shippment is possible now. So the shipment is no longer needed. The service provider was very helpful and tried to find a place to crate my vehicle when I could not. This was not a bad experince, just an unlucky one.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Contacted shipper over three days for the particular terms of his but was not able to get a response, by phone or email. I listed the item as not crated or packed, but shipper's term (small fine print...) was that the item must be packed.
I tried to get this resolved but shipper did not communicate at all with me.
Response from Donohoe: Clearly stated in "View Details" w/quote & in comments in "Question" field following "Our quote is w/origin being a business without dock & destination being a residence. Shipment must be packed & boxed to prevent damage during transit prior to pick up driver's arrival. Shipment to be shipped by major LTL carrier" Evident that customer didn't read. We replied to customers email on 05/16 giving approval to cancel. Customer not honest or responsible for their actions; they're "passing buck".

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the shipper booked my shipment without meeting my terms 100%. Shipper is delivering to a place of business and not the address I specified in my booking which was my address. This is not what I wanted and feel that I am not responsible at all for his mistake. Response from Donohoe: Customer responded other service provider he could pick up at terminal. This other service provider offered to ship $1189. Customer had "Book It Now" $800. We accepted his "Book It Now" $800 since he stated that he could p/up at terminal w/other service provider. Customer got very upset for we didn't ask him directly about p/up at terminal. We were able to save him $389 over other s/provider. Customer didn't want save $389. Why? Who knows. Customer should appreciate us trying to save him $$$.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment this transporter doesnt have the right equipment to transport my item , i requested a flatbed trailer to transport and he was going to send a van , my people rejected to load it because they afraid that the generator and the forklift will damage the van , so he sent me an email and said that he can not handle this shipment

I no longer need my item(s) shipped This item was never shipped. I ended up selling the bike before I moved. Did not realize I didn't cancel this shipment until I logged back in to perform shipping back to the mainland.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have called the service provider twice and left messages at two different phone numbers AND sent an email to him directly. THis shipment has already been cancelled once due to the original service provider cancelling on me. I need to get this picked up and delivered or I will forfeit the item.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The bike was never registered and has not any licence plate. I have MSO + contract of purchase what is OK with the most shipping companies, but this one requires licence plate. So that is why it is not possible to make shipping. Response from Donohoe: Customer is unable to obtain title & registration to motorcycle. This is a set policy set by shipping company & U.S. Customs with no exceptions. We will not take the responsibility of picking up the motorcycle & not being able to follow through with shipment & delivery. In doing so would be unprofessional & unethical. We explained to customer we do not go by what other shipping companies might have stated in regard to MSO. We apologize for any in convenience for our customer, thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time this item is still sitting at the sellers house and has not been picked up. i need to make other arrangements. thanks Dino. Response from Donohoe: The seller informed us that that the item was not on a pallet & they did not have one to fit. The seller also informed us that he had same problem with the buyer (shipper) in the past. The only alternative was to use a flat bed instead of a LTL dry van. The additional cost was approximately $500 more. We decided not to assist the shipper with this shipment since we were misinformed of his shipment's pick up capability for this would result in us having a lost on this shipment. Sorry, thank you.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Responded to service provider and the new price of the shipment was higher due to dimensions. I requested my company to ship my motorcycle and they agreed to ship it for me at no cost. So, that is why I no longer need this service. Response from Donohoe: A larger crate (106x45x52) was used by shipper then listed in "View Bid Details" (96x30x52). This added 612 additional lbs of dimensional weight to the shipment of the Harley. Air freight charges are totally based on actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is the greatest. More so when shipping international air for the dimensional weight is higher then when shipping domestically do to a different formula used in the air freight industry. Sorry that we couldn't ship, thank you.
