Hello, this is William Donohoe from The Shipping Shack. I have 21 years in the shipping business w/19 years w/FedEx prior to starting The Shipping Shack, Inc. We are Authorized Shipping Centers for Fed Ex, UPS,DHL & USPS. We also do ocean freight between Hawaii & the mainland w/ocean freight consolidators & ocean freight companies. We also ship around the world via air/ocean. In '07, we ship over 300,000 lbs of freight to/from Hawaii & between the islands. We ship from overnight letters, boxes, motorcycles, complete households, trucks, ocean containers of computers, cars, high value artwork, antiques, tourists brochures, gov't shipments, furniture, antiques/Koa, medical equip, convention breakdowns,'08 Sugar Bowl material, etc. We offer complete packing/crating. We are fully insured & can provide additional coverage. Member of Chamber of Commerce, BBB, Assoc Mail Postal Centers, Neighborhood Postal Centers, & Small Business Hawaii. I answered questions before listing my motorcycle trike to be crated by myself, and shipped to Hawaii. My requriements said that a forklift will be needed to pick-up, and at the delivery point. I am unable to accept this provider since he cannot provide a forklift at either site. I have pursued a carrier located at the pick-up site. Therefore I am cancelling this provider. View Listing

He quoted me one price, then he got my items, then told me it would be another price. Then he damaged my property and I am still waiting for him to make a payment towards my merchandise. He is giving me the run-around. He said his insurance would not pay and that he would pay out of pocket. I am still waiting for my payment. He was quick to take my money, but slow to give it back. View Listing Response from Donohoe: Customer had more items to ship then originally indicated, so shipping charges were higher. Customer was informed that there was only a 15 day limitation to notify of any damages. Customer was not aware of damages until after 15 days past do to items placed in storage. Our insurance would not pay for damages due to claim filed past time limitation. Customer became irritate with. We paid for damages of $443 fully even though we were not required to, mahalo.
