We here at Doggie-A-Go-Go started this business out of our love for our own animals. It was the door to door service we got with one of our own that inspired us to bring this service to others. The constant eyes on care we can give your loved one is second to none. We understand that we when ship your pet we are shipping a family member, 'the ultimate in precious cargo'. Your pet will be under constant supervision in our AC/Heated passenger van, in EXTRA LARGE open metal crates, or if you choose, no crate at all. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider's van broke down and it took several days to repair. Then her father was hospitalized and she wanted to stay with him.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider was originally scheduled to pickup my pet on the morning of the 24th and be delivered the evening of that same day. I was told the van for the delivery had broken down, but they could do the delivery the following saturday, the 31st and Halloween. I sent numerous texts and emails to solidify the details over the course of this time. The communication prior to the van breaking down was satisfactory, but afterwards, next to nothing. I have used Uship several times for my German Shepherds and Shane and Gina are a huge new asset to this service! They treated our Pixie with the utmost care and communicated their location and Pixie's well being the whole time. They are dog lovers and I highly recommend you use them if you have the chance! I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

You guys were great!!!!! They took very good care of our new puppy. Arrived earlier than expected, but that was a real treat. Shane was a super nice and Gina was very communicative as to the progress of shipment and pickup. Would positively ask them to help us out again and if anyone gets them to provide a service, you are in great hands. Thanks again! We can't tell you how delighted we were to have you provide an excellent service.

The option to cancel our services was extended to the shipper, but the shipper decided to wait until Saturday the 31st to have her pet shipped by us. I can no longer pick up and deliver the shipper's pet within one day, and asked if we may have 1.5 days. This will not work for the shipper, and they would rather not have the dog delivered on a Sunday, so
