They took my dog and i didnt hear from them for 5 days, even though i called every day, they did not pick up the phone. I finally got called back after 5 days and found out that they supposedly broke down about twelve hours from drop off location and that they were not going to be able to drop off my dog. I was then told i had to find a way for my dog to get picked up where they were, they just so happened to break down near their relative's house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP.

Both my Bebe and Kiki arrived safe and sound on the day of delivery. Cats are very hard to travel with and mine are extremely difficult to handle. DogGoneExpress are really friendly and professional animal transporters. I would book through them again.

This was a very good experience for us. Ziggy was delivered to us, way ahead of time. There was a concern at first with the delivery due to issues they had with the vehicle and Ziggy not feeling good. But when Ziggy was dropped off, he was clean and happy. I would highly recommend using DogGoneExpress and will use them again!!!

Truly caring shippers provided a professional service with a personal touch. Our dog was taken care of throughout the long trip and we were able to know where he was during the process via facebook. I was very nervous about shipping my dog but DogGoneExpress couldn't have made me feel any more at ease. I would use them again without hesitation!

Ziggy was a great rider, he got a little car sick but nothing major, the A/C went out and when it did we found a cool spot to park and couldn't find a mechanic that late, so we waited a bit till the temp dropped below 75 which it did, then just kept getting cooler down to the 50's so what a relief. The dogs on board is our 1st priority vs. schedule. We kept the dogs outside and gave them some ice in their water bowls and they all stayed pretty comfortable. The A/C was fixed the next day.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper called and said they were out of business and would not be coming. I rebooked this shipment with you and that shipper worked out fine. But I did have to pay a second time $300.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider confirmed the shipment with me on the 9th, picking up on the 23rd. On the 13th they posted to Facebook that due to maintenance issues, they were closing down the business. They never bothered to call me.
