The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper called and said they were out of business and would not be coming. I rebooked this shipment with you and that shipper worked out fine. But I did have to pay a second time $300.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider confirmed the shipment with me on the 9th, picking up on the 23rd. On the 13th they posted to Facebook that due to maintenance issues, they were closing down the business. They never bothered to call me. On the 18th, I happened to check their facebook page, and happened to scroll down to see that they were now phasing themselves out of business until their issues could be resolved. I called them, I e-mailed them (twice), no response, and now I am left with five days in w

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment DogGoneExpress was recommend it to me because they do a great job shipping dogs throughout the US and I am aware they are no longer working with you anymore, so I need to reconsider other options. I am not comfortable using another company so I need to cancel the shipping immediately, this was suppose to be done in june.
