Dispatch Services currently run Hotshot, Stepdeck and Lowboy trailer services out of Florida. Our drivers run the lower Southeast United States. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am laughing at this, servcie provider forgot to mention that they disconected all 3 of their phone lines and took their website down all on the same day. Service provider responds by telling us they did not even know they had a website. R U kidding me? Would you want to do business with this company? Our machine has been sitting in our yard with the key in it for 3 weeks, bottom line is we had to find somebody else to move it. If they wanted to pick it up, it was there to be picked up. Then wh

We showed up on Friday as agreed to pick up item. No one was at the site at the time of loading. We tried to call and email for over 3 hours. We finally had to have the driver leave and head south because of other shipments. When we finally reached the customer we stated that it would be another 2 weeks before we got back up to the location. Customer did not follow through with their agreement by being at the site when the driver arrived after we scheduled a time with the customer.

We were unable to make pick up due to bad weather. We are based in Florida and this item was located where the first hurricane was to hit. Our drivers scrambled to get shipments done but feel further behind due to the weather. Sometimes weather plays a big factor in transportation and it is hard to make someone understand unless they live here. Our drivers are now playing catch up and trying to get caught back up.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The buyers needed the seasonal equipment shipped faster than the 23 days it took the shipper to arrange shipping and the drop off date would have been on the 25th day, this was not my intention using this site, or the shipper even pleading with the shipper for a faster date. i accept this cancellation. and i hope i can get the buyers initial money back that was used to lock in this shipper, 30 days for the person on this side is just to long to have to wait for a shipper to make up their mind.

Customer did not understand that we had to arrange for the truck to order the permits for overwidth. We advised the driver would arrive 48 hours after bid acceptance but would not be able to move until after the permits were ordered. We called customer to advise of this and customer stated that they already moved the equipment without prior notification to us.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have waited 24 hours for this company to pick up the equipment and now they won't answer their phone.

We always advise 48 hours after bid acceptance to get the driver to the location to pick up the equipment. We have been answering the phone but during their phone call we had already closed the office. Customer tried to reach the office on a Saturday which we are closed. No messages left by customer and we returned their phone call on Monday when the office opened.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time My husband spoke to them 2 days ago and he said that he will pick up yesterday. Yesterday they said that they will pick the order up 6:00 am this morning, and they did not show up.

Without a pickup or delivery address we were unable to make this pickup. We asked the customer to provide us with this information but were unsuccessful in obtaining the instructions. We can not make a pick up without a address and if the customer does not want to provide this information then we have no choice then to cancel this load.

There was no one at the facility to release the machine to the driver. We waited for over two hours with no answer from emails or phone calls. We advised the customer that we had left and would not be able to make pickup for another two weeks since the driver would have to schedule to work back up to the pick up site. The customer was fine with the arrangement but then choose to find another shipper.

We are behind in our pick ups due to this reason. We are still in business but had our phone lines down due to storms. We also just moved offices and have a different phone number. Our drivers are still playing catch up from two weeks of bad weather.

We requested via email the pickup and delivery instructions. We have yet to receive either. We did receive a phone call on 8/08 from the customer and we stated that we can not pick up a shipment unless we have that information. We would still like to move this customers shipment if they would just provide us with the information that we need in order to transport their items.
