Worst Customer service ever by John! They booked & she gave me(3)payment options. Pay now,pay at pick up or pay at delivery, I chose at delivery. Well they didn't do that. Needless to say i hadn't xfer my money from savings to checking acct yet(debit). I got(5)NSF fees=$150. Her Boss John who was arrogant & rude. Told me that's not how it works & she shouldn't have told me that & too bad, not gonna do anything to help. All I wanted was them to keep their word & fix the $150, I wasn't even rude.

They won't call me back, they continue to transfer me to voice mail to leave more messages. It's been a couple of weeks waiting and I want my truck! this company is very unprofessional and I can't believe they are allowed to continue to be part of Uship. I can't believe I lost $76 dollars to Uship because of a fraudulent company listed on Uships site! this is rediculous and shouldn't be allowed.

The Carrier never contacted me I had to contact him and each time John said he would call back and never has to date. I need to get this vehicle to my sister and very put off on this process with uship because of this vendor. I have shipped many of vehicles in the past will working in the automotive industry this guys are no professionals. I have emails dating back to support the lack of effort for my vehicle.
