Darrell was very professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would, even a bit early, both for pick up and delivery. He was very flexible; we met for pick up at a time that worked best for him, and we met for delivery at a time that worked best for me. And he adhered to uShip policies by the letter. This was my first experience with uShip; I actually had to cancel my first service provider because of a lack of professionalism, but Darrell restored my faith in this marketplace!
