Booked on 5/2. By contract on Uship i had until 5/16 to pick up and 5/30 to deliver (see bid terms/details). On 5/11 Tonya threatened to cancel if not picked up by 4pm (Breach of Contract). On 5/11 Tonya illegaly reposted the same Item on Uship that i was under contract on & that had already been booked with the Carrier, deposits were made and DOT release forms were signed. On 5/13 Tonya filed a false chargeback to her American Express claiming: item not recieved.

In an email on May 3rd David said he would be picking up the item the following day (May 4th) by closing time. Every day after that David had some excuse as to why he was unable to pick up. On May 18th 4p.m. the uship cancellation was approved and completed.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The carrier was asking for money up front using Western Union, which I was not comfortable with. He was also operating as a broker. I was not comfortable with this.

I asked for a Deposit via Western Union because Kamil wanted me to transport vehicle within 24 hours. Paypal would have taken 3-4 days for the funds to be available.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The problem is that he set up 3 to 4 pick up dates and never came throught. He always had some kind of excuss why it didn't get picked up. Also we spoke on the phone several times about getting this truck picked up way before his 14 days, that s why we accecpted his bid, he was going to pick it up on 5-4-12 and has been changing the pick up date ever sence. He last told us that he was picking it up in 5-10-12 and did not and then he said he would get it the next day 5-11-12. He was told that if
