The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time he did not show up to pick up bike as promised . i was charged more storage and he was not able to wait ! he cost me 125$..please refund my deposit and i would like to report this guy !! do not book if u cannot fullfill ur promise!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I tried multiple times over the course a week to contact David via email, in which I requested that the shipper be given several days notice prior to pick up to make sure he would be available, as he travels for work. Never got a response. In fact the only time I spoke to David was when I managed to contact him on the phone yesterday only to be told that my shipper, given several hours notice, was not able to be there for pickup so David couldn't pick up the bike. Poor communication.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The bid was for $100. After the bid was accepted by me the shipper called me and told me that the cost would be $500. I would like a refund as this was misleading. I do not want a credit. I want a refund.

As far as the bid goes it was for $500.00 and told me he was ok with it and then went to place a bid to adjust my dates and messed up on the price even though he knew it was ment for $500.00 and that was my mistake and he understood that and then he expected me to do it for $100 and there is no way someone would haul anything that far for nothing. I have a family to take care of just like the next person and Im not doing it for free. Thanks for your understanding on this. I called to fix it asap
