We are a full service moving/hauling company. We are not a large company, we only have 15 people working full time,but we like it that way...it keeps our relationships with our customers on a more personal level.We always put 200% into every move/haul we make because our ultimate goal is for each of our clients to be satisfied completely! We have 20+years equine experience & 30+years experience moving & hauling everything else that you can possibly imagine. Some of the services that we provide while transporting Horses,Donkeys,Mules,etc.is hay,fresh water,& on long hauls we unload & walk the animals to give them a chance to stretch their legs so that they can have the most stress free trip possible. I have been in a quandry about this, but in all fairness this transporter has a lot to learn..she was super sweet when she FINALLY got here, but it does not change the facts. To quote the other person who left a negative...a simple six hour trip took nearly TWELVE hours..I was scared to death..I have used USHIP LOTS and this is the WORST experience I have ever had! Trailer was unsafe, arrived at 4 AM with NO LIGHTS, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION although called repeatedly!! An absolute NIGHTMARE!

A simple 6 hour trip took an unreasonable 13 hours for delivery!!! No communication from hauler. Horse was hauled in a totally unsafe beat up tag along stock trailer with bad flooring after being promised he would be shipped in a suitable 5-6 horse gooseneck. An absolute nightmare!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider postponed the shipment several times. When they finally showed up they were not equipped to move the piano and admitted that they had never moved a piano before. This piano has just had $5000 worth of restoration and I cannot trust it to a company that is not equipped to move it properly.

Lady seemed pleased after we got there , but was worried because she was unable to contact us. Response from Brighteyes: There is NO WAY you can convince me there is NO phone service with your verizon phone on MAJOR interstates, which is what you traveled!! You are a very sweet person, but you hauled my horse in unsafe equipment, and REFUSED to communicate although I left numerous messages on your cell phone....after you were over six hours late I even threatened you with calling the Highway patrol....still no response....then you arrived without one SINGLE LIGHT on your trailer....judge for yourself.
