I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This is the second auction that I've had to cancle. It seems that on both auctions, the back up number is a majic Jack number that isn't assigned to anyone. As for Regular phone number, 3 messages have been left 2 e-mail's have been sent and the CS Dept also have tried to contact the vendor without any luck. Please cancle and we'll re-submidt a new listing. I'm running out of time!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They were suppose to show up twice and failed, we had to use a rigging company, which is costing me an extra $750.00 because the truck did not show up at the promised time. And It looks like I am out 195.00 for this cancellation, not to happy. I think I should get every bit back.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company did not pickup shipment and I was lead on for 5 days and very poor communication. Shipper did not answer calls and misrepresented themselves. Would not do business with again. Response from DallyExpress: Customer misreprented size of machine. There were three loads total two of which were moved. No payment was recieved even when the size of the machine was misrepresented.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We booked this shipment with Dally Express on 11/12/12 because they told us they had experience in shipping this type of equipment. As of today, we still don't have our machine delivered to us. Dally Express repeatably promised to have our machine to us on numerous occasions and didn't preform. We finally had to hire another trucking company at more money just to get the machine to us. This has been a total nightmare. Dally Express even told us they had numerous drivers who haul these types Response from DallyExpress: Customer misreprented size of machine. There were three loads total two of which were moved. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider sign an agreement which stated that the equipment needed to be picked up within 48 hours of the execution of the agreement. The provider did send a carrier to pick up the equipment on 11/9/2012 but the wrong type of trailer was sent. The correct trailer was specified in the bid and in the contract that was signed and this was not followed. I have waited past the 48 hrs to see if the provider could find the correct trailer/carrier to do the delivery but this has not happened. I n

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment WE got an email from shipper today indicating that she was having a hard time on the grader. The last truck failed on her. She suggested we should cancel the uship bid and we have now made other arrangements to have it picked up/delivered
