He was on time to pick up Hearse parts, extremely friendly and I felt comfortable. The communication with me and the client accepting parts was excellent! He even called me to let me know he was minutes away from drop off. I will use Wally again for any further shipments!! Extreeeemly happy!!!

Had a little difficulty with arrival "ETA" times but thats to be expected coming from a few hundred miles away. Driver and assistance were nice a professional. I do plan on using him again in the future... Ronnie, Hearse Broker.
