* There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical breakdowns, etc.) and the member did their best to accommodate the situation. - Brian's bid was great and one needs to know that he must "book" a tight schedule to make a living. I would use him again.

The customers boat trailer developed cracks in the frame while in transit. This created delays, I repaired the trailer and then delivered it, thanks.
