What is the deal here? Doug provided a Shipper Agreement which I faxed back to the number provided by him. I then received a call from someone at NoWaitFreight informing me that Doug doesn't work for them and that he is using their insurance fraudulently. At this point I'm not sure what to believe. Why would he have me fax the agreement to an office he doesn't work for? This shipment has not been picked up yet. Doug? Whats going on?

Did not pick up item, horrible communication, i sent an email with all dimensions and pick up info the day I accepted his bid. After he sent the wrong truck the first time I offered to resend it, said he didn't need it. still sent wrong trucks! won't return phone calls or emails. I had to use another trucker at the last minute before I would be penalized. Won't return my deposit now. Now says my email was in his "spam". hmmm then why wouldn't he let me resend? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

D.Roth was not the driver/carrier, but only the booking agent. Twice we were told the load was going to be picked up and it wasn't. The third time the actual driver had a wrong phone number and didn't pick up the load, and also didn't call Doug to report a problem, leaving the load in limbo. We had to chase this pickup for almost two weeks, and had scheduled work with the material that failed to arrive in time (based on info that wasn't true from Roth's company). The load finally arrived ok.
