Doug provided a Shipper Agreement which I faxed back to the number provided by him. I then received a call from someone at NoWaitFreight informing me that Doug doesn't work for them and that he is using their insurance fraudulently. At this point I'm not sure what to believe. Why would he have me fax the agreement to an office he doesn't work for? This shipment has not been picked up yet. Doug? Whats going on?

After he sent the wrong truck the first time I offered to resend it, said he didn't need it. still sent wrong trucks! won't return phone calls or emails. I had to use another trucker at the last minute before I would be penalized. Won't return my deposit now. Now says my email was in his "spam". hmmm then why wouldn't he let me resend? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
