I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
did not show up for pickup,left six messages and still does not have the courtesy to return my calls.reported problem to uship twice and they have not responded. VERY DISAPOINTED IN USHIP AND PROVIDER.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I contacted the service provider. They seem like a good company. I was informed that they were going to pick up my shipment on 2/26 or 2/27 after I contacted them. I contacted the provider on 2/26 and was informed they had mechanical problems and would not be able to pick up on 2/27 but would contact me to arrange on 2/27.I still as of 8pm cst have not been contacted by the service provider. After some consideration on my part I feel uncomfortable with this service provider and would rather use

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
This hauler promised our vendor to pick up M/C at a certain date but never showed up, then two days later left a message stating that had a truck problem and could not complete the job! We had sent a cashier's check for them to our warehouse on Monday, which was the day we were promised delivery of the bike, now we have to get it back and find another hauler. We had used them in the past with better luck, but this time they were not at all professional in their approach. We are now forced to loo

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I received a call from a lady claiming to be the real Tasha Mills. She said that the lady that is scheduled to pick up my bike is a Ms. Cynthia Ferguson. Cynthia stole her identity. The real Tasha Mills gave me a case numer of 08-041967 that was taken regarding this matter with the Coon Rapids Minnesota Police Dept. This person using UShip appears to be a fraud and I do not want them to pick up my motorcycle.
