On time delivery, great communication, and easy to work with. Frank went above and beyond to safely transport the trailer. I would recommend him to anyone, and he will be my first stop if I ever need any transport in the future. Overall Frank was stellar!

Frank was great to deal with. He called me when he picked up the boat and kept me updated me on delivery time (he arrived 18 hours earlier than first expected!). Boat arrived in perfect shape. I would definately ship with Frank again. Thanks Frank!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider let us know that the load exceeded his weight limit. He called me and let me know that the shipment was not going to work out.

The advertised weight was 7500 lbs and upon arrival at the scheduled date and time it was found that the actual weight was 16,750 lbs., which was over my capacity. I do not believe that the weight difference was intentional.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper emailed me after accepting the bid, asked me to call them the following day so they could discuss my shipment. Upon calling the Shipper they asked for a broker deposit above/outside of the accepted bid. They are a broker taking loads from Uship and posting them on the website "Central Dispatch" . They have no trucks of their own they are strictly a broker trying to get your vehicle moved by a third party and then trying to get the Uship customer to pay them a broker fee.

And your point is? You can read on my profile we have no trucks. And yes, I am a broker trying to move cars at the best price but in a timely manner. I pointed out immediatly your price was too low and as a professional asked you if you would like to cancel. We are in the top 100 on Uship and in the top 20 nationwide. No Detailed Feedback Available The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Although I don't feel that it was intentional, the advertised weight on the bid was 7500 lbs, upon arrival at the shipping point at the scheduled date and time, it was found that the weight was 16750 lbs.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I emailed customer immediately after accepting his order. He called me the today and I explained I cannot move his car at his price. He screamed and yelled at me and said I dont work with brokers and went on to say how he hates all brokers and were all bad. I asked him why he booked with me then and he said he doesn't like brokers. Super mean person wow.
