Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly - did not feel comfortable moving forward The shipper is not responsible person. I contacted him firs and I asked him to call me to give me idea of pick up date. He was suppose to call me next day. He never did. I contacted him 2 days he said that he is going to pick up the bike in couple of days and that he is going to store the the motorcycle for 3 weeks and deliver it Nov 23. I was flexible on date but few days. After 5 min he offered open trailer delivery 2 days after pickup Now he canceling wasting entire week. No contact was made

This was a book it now and customer listed timeframe and delivery, wasnt flexible as he stated and wanted bike immediatly which we could not do as we stated the timeframe in our bid which was as in ad. Plus we we at pick up and seller wouldnt answer or return our calls to pick up bike. We did everything possible to comply and complete this job. DL

This was an exceptionally efficient transaction. Mr. Lawsonwas t imely, responsive and responsible. He notified me when pickup was to occur and when delivery was to be made and was true to his word. Since I had never ridden a scooter before, he helped me familiarize myself with its operation and safety features. I would highly recommend him as an honest and reliable shipper. KD
