I will go over the bike with you on the phone and a invoice will be filled out (scratches or dents to insure that you receive the bike in the same condition that it was picked up in) and signed by the seller and he or she will get a copy. Then the last phone call will come one hour before delivery. You will have my cell# so you can call me at any time. Hope we can be of service to you. I USE SOFT TIES AT 6 POINTS AND ENCLOSED TRAILER IS SET UP WITH E-TRACK IN FLOOR. Safety of my Equipt and your Bike is #1. I hit my timeframes, except things out of my control. Thank you, Dan

Since I was overseas, I coordinate the pick and delivery by phone and by email, everything went smooth as I was in USA. Great company to work with, in time, fair price and delivered as promised. Daniel show me to be very responsible. A company I will work again and I will recommend it.

A+++ Dan EXCEEDED all of my expectations. QUICK: Dan was one of the first to bid. CHEAP: He was the 2nd lowest price but the other bid was from a furniture mover, Dan specializes in bikes. FAST DELIVERY: Dan picked up my bike in central Ohio @ 12 noon on Friday the 16th and rolled my bike into my garage in southern Florida for me @ 5 p.m. on Saturday the 17th! Unbelievable! I don't think the man eats or sleeps but I sure am thankful to have my new toy so quickly. 1000 thank yous to you Dan.

Dan did an incredible job! I was unable to view this bike before purchase, but I did have extensive photos. Dan called and told me about every single mark on the bike and even that it needed washing. He also kept me informed about when the delivery would occur. He arrived when he said he would. He has a fantastic trailer for hauling bikes and he takes very good care of them.
