There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved after the bid was accepted the shipper requested an additional 100 dollars to pick it up when as described in the bid there would be no extra charge, i have lost a week long auction due to this and incurred 125.oo in addition for storage fees so obviously the problem was not paying the additional fee it was the point of there being an additional fee. Response from DLAWSON: This guys brain is scrambled. I clearly stated in the bid details that pickup would be the 24th to the 28th. I called the customer to thank him for booking the shipment with me. He then demands pickup the next day because each day is costing him money. Yes I did tell him that if you want me to drop everything else to spend a hole day to get his bike I could do that but would cost me a day and 100 in fuel to go get it 2 weeks before the bid pickup. Customer was very pushy.work for at own risk.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I accepted the bid and contacted the shipper the same day. Call was not answered and left voice mail. The next day I called and shipper confirmed that he already passed by the pickup location. I communicated with the shipper and he decided that he needs to cancel this shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time His account of events is inaccurate. He made one attempt to pick up the bike, Jul 9. Shipper knew I would be out of town, and that i arranged for the super of my building to release the bike. I spoke directly with driver the evening of the 9th who said he HAD THE BIKE. Shipper admits this. 10 days later shipper calls to re-schedule, says it was never picked up. Driver blamed parking? this is manhattan. I am back in town and have offered to be present at pick-up. Shipper agreed for this Tues.
