I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After answering my question, I booked shipment promptly with DIVERSIFIEDLOGISTICS. That was the end of communication with DIVERSIFIEDLOGISTICS. No answer to emails and phone number is out of service. This shipper should be avoided at all costs if they ever bid on your shipment. Have been trying to contact them repeatedly for over 10 days. Even uship has failed to respond to my first email. I had to research another email address that someone from uship finally responded too. Bad experien

The shipment was delivered intact but took much longer than promised. We also received two letters (months later) from the shipping company threatening to sue our company for payment even though we paid Diversified Logistics up front. Since DL had not yet paid them, they tried to come after us. I assumed Natasha eventually paid them, but it was a little disconcerting.

The cost of a flatbed from New York to California is over $3,000 and he was quoted for ltl even the person he purchased from indicated this customer was aware it would not go in an enclosed trailer.

There was no information and I have let the customer know that this would be to much of a liability to move an unpackaged machine.

Customer requests that I change the wording and shipping documents that I have in implemented for my business. After accepting my bid he proceeds to speak of the negative comments on my profile which are untrue. At that point I gave him an opportunity to cancel with me and use another shipper. He agreed to work with me but since has questioned my procedures and policies I have in place. It is best if this job was given to a shipper he feels Response from worldnet: The shipping agent (“Natasha”) was full of empty promises and was incapable of delivering as specified She ignored auction info and delayed process 7 days before cancelling it because she was “uncomfortable” with my requirements for due diligence information and refusing her bogus attempt to boost the quoted price (she must pay the shippers up-front) According to her Feedback, 26% of her transactions are cancelled, many because she is “uncomfortable” with accountability – THIS IS A BAD SIG
