I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I am unable to get ahold of Natasha after our conversation on the phone basically she left me and the sender wondering what is going on now after several messages and pages left still no communication

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Most of my transactions are carried out smoothly with only 1 or 2 exchanges of information necessary. The shipper had to send 7 messages and I sent her 9; her home-based cable TV e-mail address system repeatedly rejected mail for no given reason.
The shipper in a pre-award answer to a question stated that the shipment would be picked up within 2-3 days of award; she was unable to do this even after 7 days had gone by.

Response from DIVERSIFIEDLOGISTICS: For some reason this shipper wanted my home address in order to proceed with shipment. His shipment was ready to move but he refused to sign the bill of lading because it didn't display my address. At that point, I felt he would be better serviced with someone else so I cancelled this transaction. I do not disclose such info because it is irrelavant to the shipment. This is a shipping website not a social one.

I would NEVER recomend this people to anyone!! I paid for a service & my shipment was held at a terminal in MI by the shipping company because diversified owed money to the shipping co. & in order for my freight to be released I had to pay them directly.I paid the shipping co. & tried to get my money back from diversified & all I got was the run around & I finally had to get Uship & my bank involved. I dont know what kind of company you are running but I can tell you this... You are a SHAM!!!!

Response from DIVERSIFIEDLOGISTICS: This Shipper was very manipulative and wanted me to assist her in recouping a deposit back from Uship that she wasn't entitled to. I allowed her to utilize my shipping account in which she received a 78% discount and even payed less than what she was quoted and she STILL WANTED A DEPOSIT RETURN!! She was extremely unprofessional and a liar. Her shipment was completed as promised. I would beware of this shipper!!!

Diversifiedlogistics required payment upfront and never delivered. Shipment was stuck in transit as Diversified did not pay transportation company. Myself (shipper) had to make contact with transportation company(Estes)and pay above and beyond what prior agreement was made with Diversifiedlogistics. Extremely dissatisfied and not recommended!!
