The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment WILLIAM TRIED HARD BUT REALLY SCREWED ME UP ON THIS SHIPMENT. WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP TUES, AND THEN WEDS, AND THEN THURS, AND THEN FRIDAY AND THEN YESTERDAY, AND THEN TODAY WANTED TO LOAD THE TRAILER PRECARIOUSLY USING A TOW TRUCK AND LOADING THE TRAILER PERPENDICULARLY FROM THE SIDE. I WAS NOT CONFORTABLE WITH THIS AND THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPIERIENCE ON USHIP TO DATE. WILL NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EVEN THOUGH I SHOULD, PLEASE ACCEPT THIS CANCELLATION IMMIEDIATELY.

Jody I really wish more drivers/carriers were like you, you were extermely courteous, punctual and had great communication. thnaks for your help with this difficult shipment. As you know I am a transport broker and deal with alot of carriers and drivers, you are truly unique! A+ and highly reccomended to anyone who is reading this! After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Carrier was very professional with good communication. A scheduling conflict arose that was out of our control. Would use this carrier again without hesitation.

Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The broker was trying too make it easier for the shipper.. In the long run the broker wasn't comfortable with the eccentric shipper.. Me and the broker agree no matter how hard we where trying she was making up stories that weren't true and made it too hard too accommodate the shipper.. Hopefully we work in the future and are able too find a descent shipper we both can work with....

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I had placed the bid with the understanding the car would be picked up by the 1st.... I was called on the 27th asking when it would be picked up and told him I was having some equipment issues and wasn't sure what day it would be. I was called again on the 29th and told him I was still at the shop and wasn't yet exactly sure... but if he had a lead on someone else that maybe they should get it because he seems to be in a rush. The response was something like...well this has been tied up for a

total baloney. This is completely untrue, They had the booking for a week and never bothered to call us to tell us there was a problem. I have never had to leave negative comments about anyone on Uship but this company was a joke. Bad communication, very unprofessional, strung us along for over a week before they finally cancelled. I have 100% rating on every other network and we run a straight up operation and never have problems with drivers. They bobbled this shipment and tried to blame us

there was a mixup with the ship to and ship from address called shipper to see what was accurate and shipper just stated you now have yourself a negative rating. shipper wasnt willing to listen to any solutions
