They did everything they said they were going to do. No damages, no delays. They even phoned a a day ahead to confirm pick up and delivery time. They did not give a delivery date, so they said they would call the night before so I could arrange my schedule accordingly. They called one morning and said they would be arriving in 30 minutes, which was quite inconvenient. Also, on date of delivery I was charged an additional $350 despite revising my original estimate twice for accuracy. View Listing Response from DEPENDABLEMOVERS: We accommodated all of the customer's requests, including change of pickup date,items added on at pickup, packing, (the bill for which was discussed and agreed to at pickup)and Sunday delivery. There were no surprises at delivery. He did not answer or return our phone calls on Saturday, so we were left with no alternative but to call his mother at the last minute about the Sunday delivery--which he had specifically requested.

From working with Kris (who I probably drove crazy with constant adds/changes) to Larry and Jose, who's professional appearance and superb attitude was only matched by their ability to satisfy the customer. Making us feel at ease while they moved some of our most prized items was no easy trick, so my advice? If you are lucky enough to work with Dependable-Pro, seize the opportunity!
