The proposed pickup date was later than I'm able to arrange for, and I hadn't read the proposed date on the bid. 11/11/2007	Service Provider	Positive	pherbsman (0)	It was difficult to schedule a pick-up time--I had to keep calling. But the pick-up/delivery guys were super nice and very professional. They were very punctual and called ahead when whey were nearby. However, in shipping, the blankets and table wax reacted to each other, damaging the surface of the table. Their recommended fix didn't help, and may have made it worse. Hopefully we can fix it. View Listing Response from DEPENDABLEMOVERS: Time was hard to set up because we had to work with a 3rd party on your side for pickup. Table was wet at pickup with either wax or other cleaner and we told the person at pickup that this would have to be removed. Even after numerous attemps at cleaning off table it was still tacky but was given the go ahead to ship anyway. Told person at pickup there was no safe way to handle table in this fashion. Ruined 2 new moving blankets in the process of trying to protect furniture.

The service was great and fast. I've had bad experiences with movers in my time, but Dependable Pro was the best I ever had and if I need to move again, I would not hesitate to contact them. The price was right in my price range & they didn't ask for more than was was quoted. Nothing was broken, nor scratchaed. They are a great moving team GREAT!!
