Rating: Cancellation Left by: TBACA (14 ) On: 5/20/2009 For: TRAILER NEEDS DUALLY FOR TRANS	No Detailed Feedback Available	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Item was to be picked up on the 4th. Customer cancelled because we could not pickup before noon on that date. Customer should have noted this before accepting the bid. Recent policy changes at uShip have placed a huge financial burden upon the TSP for cancellations. We cannot accept this burden as there was no error on our part. We scheduled to arrive on this day but for no reason customer was demanding morning pickup or none at all. There may be more to this cancellation request than we know. Response from DEPCONC: THIS TRANSPORTER BOOKED MY LOAD KNOWING MY TIME OF PICKUP, CALLED FROM NORTH EAST AND TOLD ME HE COULD NOT BE HERE ON TIME AND WANTED TO PICK UP ON HIS TIME . HE JUST OVER BOOKED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE AWARE OF HIS HOURS AND DATES . WELL PROBALY A GOOD TRANSPORTER IF YOU DONT HAVE TO COUNT ON WHAT TIME AND DATE YOU WANT YOUR LOAD PICKED UP. ALL 6 OF MY OTHER TRUCKS SHOWED UP AND KNEW THE TIME OF PICK UP. HUMMMM A D- FOR NOT PAYING ATTENTION.!!!
