The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After signing the contract and paying a $960 deposit directly to the vendor Dusk to Dawn Transport from FL and speaking with them several times prior to the pick-up date when it came down to actually picking up my items the vendor never showed and has never responded to my phone calls and emails. Uship has tried contacting them twice to help me get my deposit back without a response. I was advised by Lauren at uship.com to begin the cancellation process to get my CC deposit back from uship.com

The Dand to Dusk Transport crew performed an excellent job and styed in communication from pickup to delivery. The crew drove around the clock through inclement weather during the 4th of July holiday. The boat arrived safe and sound. I would recommend Dawn to Dusk Transport for your shipping needs.
