Transporter brokered my shipment, and complexified it to no end. Additionally the trucker left my truck in Niagara Falls not Oshawa like specified in shipment details.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment This is a quote from the person there during the attempted pick-up. "The last guy was going to load a car and the boat/trailer he pulled over to the office. He was a joke! no clue and didn't have the proper hook ups to his truck." We had no verbal agreement to load anything in my trailer. The weight was listed as 9 lbs as I did not know the weight at the time of listing. I eventually informed the shipper of the real weight, but when he could not fit his boat trailer and car in the trailer, he

terrible company. i am the 3rd person to go and try to pick up, and this trailer is18000lbs empty. she is not representing this correctly and has cost me money. 100 for storage on east coast for my trailer, and then i had to dead head 300 miles to find out that i cant haul it because it is too bid. this trailer has to have something alot larger than a 1 ton truck. she knows this. terrible person to work with. i have had other problems with this person misrepresenting loads as well.

I just spoke to him on the telephone this morning. He was suppose to fax me transport documents and was encountering problems, I requested he forward to the fax into the main office in hopes that fax machine could receive. I most certainly DO have Interstate Authority and Cargo coverage and challenge this Shippers inaccurrate remarks. I am uncomfortable with this Shipper and would not now transport for him under any circumstances. Mr. Hendricks requested $500 prior to transport, I trusted in him to honor his contract and wired the funds. Mr. Hendricks does not communicate his locaation or schedule. He refused to transport my listing and had a nice Florida vacation on my $500! He is quite unashamed of his actions. Sadly I must leave Negative Feedback as Mr. Hendricks refuses to refund my money or honor his contract. Response from rhendricks1988: Yes, i kept her money, because she misrepresented her load. this was suppose to be an 8'x 30' enclosed haulmark trailer around 2000lbs. i paid 100 for storage for my trailer, and dead headed 300 miles to pick it up, and it was 8' wide 12'6 tall 30' long and weighed 18000lbs empty. no 1 ton can pull this being a tongue pull. plus she wanted me to put a 3500lb bucket inside in which the new owner of the trailer didn't know about. 300 miles back to pick up my trailer. lost 600 miles and my 100
