Timely delivery, but two of my large furniture items were damaged, wood badly scraped and chipped. I still cannot locate an antique camera I had in one of my boxes, so I don't know if it was lost or misplaced or what happened. I spoke with Ty Smith, who immediately informed me about the damage during the move, but after agreeing to mail me a small compensation check, nothing ever arrived in the mail. Big surprise, what can you expect from unverified movers who are not liable to anyone.

this provider lost my stuff, then it turns out it was sold off by the place where he was storing it, and then he vanished. This guy is a thief and Uship should make sure he is prosecuted.

This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. THE WORST!! Premier sent a subcontractor to pick up my belongings who put them in storage on Long Island instead of driving them to CA. It was supposed to take a week. Neither Ty Smith nor subcontractor would tell me where my items where. Three weeks later, my belongings were STILL in NY. I had to hire another company to finish the job. They list Penske's DOT number on this site but Penske security says they have no relationship to this company Response from DAVIDSMOVERS: Yes it was horrible. My driver got sick and had a truck accident. We had to for the first time in our long history subcontract. It turn our to be the horror in this story. He turned out not to reputable or up to our standards. It took us six weeks to resolve her move. We are now finally back in good stead. All of our past customers and our many references can vouch for those doubting or fearful. We strive for excellence. We hope you will look at the true record and see our excellence. Thank you

Pick up was one day late with no phone calls to alert me to delay. Shipment was eventually picked up and delivered as promised. Entire process could have been handled better by shipper. Response from DAVIDSMOVERS: My driver was lost as he lost phone with the GPS. We did call and apologize later. The delivery was done in a timely fashion.

My shipment was carefully shrink wrapped. They even showed me how it was packed in the truck. Delivery was within two days, so I am happy. I have to note you should shedule pick up and delivery on a day its not a problem to wait around and be flexible. My given time frames were off but I stayed in communication with them about it. After accepting the bid, service provider mistakenly added tax to the agreed upon price, when this error was brought to Ty's attention, he corrected the problem right away. Service provider checked in several times before and after pick up of goods to let us know when he would arrive. We would use them again, and the delivery guys (Steve and Alex) were great.

Pick up was a little late but delivery was really, really late. Delivery was to a business and owner had to go open his shop at 9:30PM on Friday night to accept delivery -- was supposed to be delivered no later than 5PM. Response from DAVIDSMOVERS: There was a police action. It stalled traffic for nearly 3.5 hours. Our driver contacted store owner several times and the communication lines between the two were fine.
