This was a long wait for my van to arrive at the pic up point. I make 2 flight to pick up the car with out any luck....Not sure if I am going to use this transport company....However, there is alway answer the phone for service inquery.

Could not have been more impressed. It took just one week to go from San Francisco to Virgina, quicker than I imagined and very convenient. I whole heartedly recommend this company and will certainly ship my second car through them. 100% thumbs up from me and it seems that it was cheaper than the cost of gas to drive it, let alone hotels etc.

Member failed to comunicate, I did not recieve my contract until the my car was already picked up. The gentleman was rude and attached outrageeous charges because of there own lack of communication. I recieved my car a week after it was picked up and I was told it would take only three days. Then no one could tell me where my car was. I was told not to tell anyone about the additional charges. I feel as if I was taken advantage of.
