They were two weeks later on delivery the vehicle from when they called and said it would be delivered. Also they lost the rearview mirror and it was screwed into the windshield. They also rolled down the driver side window and it stuck, we had to buy parts to get it to roll back up.

I accepted a bid from DAS, which included an additional $398 for door to door service, and $402 for a secure trailer. But when DAS made the arrangements to pick up the car, they told the seller they planned to arive with an open bed truck. When I objected to having my car transported in this way, DAS told me that enclosed shipping really only means from terminal to terminal. So the trip from Wisconsin to Illinois was going to leave the car open to damage, despite the additional money paid. D

Was pleased that my total was a few dollars less than the agreed on price. Had a little snag that I thought could be improved. i didnt pay for "expedited" shipment. my vehicle stayed at the drop off lot for 15 days before being picked up. ACTUAL shipping time and delivery were ok. I was never contacted upon arrival, and was told that i would have to pay storage if i didnt pick up the day I found out i could pick up. other than that, i was satisfied. I Would ship again.

I was unable to contact the company before accepting bid about their payment policy. Other companies I have spoken with accepted a deposit up front, then the balance upon delivery. I was prepared to pay the deposit but not the entire cost at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
