A string of carefully crafted half truths to lure you in to buying their below average service and make you pay gradually. The bid I received was 150 lower than others and said pickup within 7 days and delivery in 6 days. Later they said 7 days was an estimate and the vehicle will be picked up only when a driver passes by and no guarantee that the vehicle will ever be picked up. Pay 150 more for pickup. Vehicle was picked up doesn't guarantee delivery. 13 days for delivery, 26 days in total.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I spoke to customer on 2/22 and advised we can only ship vehicle if items are limited to the trunk. There will be a problem if the driver comes out and are items in the front or back seat. The shipper agreed that he will have nothing in the front or back seat. The driver showed up and the car was LOADED DOWN. The wheel wells were touching the top of the tire. Customer argued about not taking out items advised of $190 dry run fee.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Tara spoke with our customer service and there was a miscommunication. Tara asked about cancelling and the customer service rep understood that she wanted to cancel the order. The credit card was refunded in the amount of $452 on 2/19.

Wish they had listened better, set me back over 2 weeks in receiving my car. Thankfully had an understanding seller and didn't have to pay any storage. The only reason I asked about cancelling is because on the day I thought my car would be delivered it hadn't even been picked up!
