Mover did not arrive at pickup as promised. Several different dates were promised and we were not in a hurry but eventually ran our of time and then he did show up. Mover did not properly protect our furniture and it was all damaged in some way. Mostly scratches and rub marks but some dents and breakage that cannot be repaired. Mover did not arrive at the delivery at the promissed time and caused me additional expense to have helpers wait for him. Why did I even have to proivide help???

If I hadn't called him I would not have known that he had picked up the motorcycle from the seller or that he was on the way. Item was delivered in good shape but I had to wait three hours one night and four hours the next morning for delivery due to his constant messages that he was "just forty miles out." He also needed me to give him cash for gas so he wouldn't be stranded after my delivery (he reimbursed me through PayPal). Nice but less than professional.

Danny was the BEST!! He answered all my calls and got my motorcycle to me sooner then I expected. He was courteous and kind and didn't mind the last minute change of plans. I'll be happy to do business with Danny again!! Keep up the good work!!

I was advised by USHIP.COM support to begin the Cancellation process. I am going to pick up the boat myself so I will be requesting a full refund and not relisting at this time. Thank you,
