Rating: Cancellation Left by: edkeefer (47 ) On: 11/28/2009 For: 9 Suitcases from Cedar Hill (D	No Detailed Feedback Available	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it He listed 9 suitcases but when I got to the address to pick them up it wasn't suitcases it 9 boxes 8 were 24" by 24" and 1 was 36" by 24". so I'm asking you to determine if it was my mistake or his.My contract that he accepted on uship states that I have the right to keep half of the deposit for my costs if it is their mistake.If he would have listed boxes I would not have even bid.I am willing to give him his deposit back less the cost that I had to spend to get there and back.I spent $20.00.

Very unprofessional.
